Both, nutrition and weight loss fandoms exploded in every way you can possibly imagine; from hard-core gym junkies,  meditation breathing technics to fat whisperers, weight loss pills, etc..

The list is endless, which shows that although there is definitely no shortage of weight loss programs and options, we seem to spin in circles and can’t manage to lose weight, or maintain it.

Why is this happening?


The reality behind successful changes in eating habits and weight loss is not in a quick fix, although it would be great. It takes a bit of consistency and discipline to get a long lasting results.

We are all different, we all live different lives and are looking for different things.

But we have one thing in common: we all want to feel good in our skin, feel good about ourselves and be healthy.


And there’s another (mostly) thing in common: no matter where or how you live your life, our bodies follow pretty much identical rules of operation (also called Biochemistry). This is good news.

A healthy mix of nutrition and exercise is essential for safe and consistent weight loss. We want to escape that never ending circle of trying different way of eating, losing weight, falling off the wagon and putting stress on our bodies.

This is what I do, here, at Rudimental Pantry.
