  1. Wow! This is a long list of  calcium rich foods for vegetarians and I am sure this would not just be in handy bit also very helpful to most vegetarians. My uncle is a vegan and he often complains about the lack of enough options to run to for calcium by being a vegetarian and I would be more than glad to share this options to him. Thanks

  2. Ah this is very awesome. I have been having some problems with my tooth and been going to the dentist for a while now. I guess this are some back foods for my condition. There are foods in this list that I take lunder fruits and vegetables. I see that what you added under other foods are carbs like the rice cream I guess which go against my diet, can I just skip those?

    • Oh no, I hope you get better soon! Yes, you can skip whatever doesn’t work for you as long as you get enough calcium from other sources. For example, you can find some other fortified food that will take care of it, eat more beans, soy and just have a wide variety of calcium rich foods – whatever works best for you.

      Get well soon,

  3. This is a great list of some of the foods that can offer calcium to a vegetarian. I am a vegetarian and getting enough foods that contains all these rich in calcium foods are great to know of. Though I saw some on the list that I already know of but this would not have diminished how massive this list has been to me. Thanks for Sharing this. You are a life saver. Bless you

  4. This is a very good list of plant based foods. For someone like me who works out a lot, I’ll be needing some good foods to help boost my calcium level. I am on a keto diet which hoh can regard as vegan too so this list is perfect for me. I like that you could come up with a good list that is strictly plant based. Thanks for the help.

    • Hi John, I’m glad you found the list useful. I get a lot of questions about calcium sources on strictly plant based diet and if you’re doing a plant based keto, avoiding animal products the sources are the same..although you may want to avoid the starchy, carb sources.
